I found your website by accident, but am happy to learn you exist. Do any of your folks play Backgammon? I have been driving to Boulder to play in their tournaments, but would love some closer games.

There's no doubt that the internet discounters have hurt many retailers. Yet, I have talked with many game store owners who say, "Yes, you can make a good living at this business." Even in the face of a recession and internet discounters I remain optimistic. The heartfelt expressions of support from my customers gives me hope and joy. I own a store right now and it is really difficult to do . I make a little money but it seems the Internet has crushed this idea. I have 20 plus years in it and I always had to work a part time job to stay afloat. The internet is making it impossible to make ends meet . I started a table use fee where they have to spend $5 purchase in the store to hang out and play. I love doing it but it means dealing with cheap ass people all the time. They always say hey I can get it cheaper. I just tell them buy $5 or more and you play all day here. I will tell you be ready to work for little money and few people see how hard it is to keep a store open.
