Return to Middle-earth and experience a timeless tale's grand beginning! Set out from The Shire with Bilbo, Gandalf, and their company of Dwarves in pursuit of fortune, adventure, and the dreadful Dragon Smaug. Amass and recruit your armies in the shadow of The Lonely Mountain, then battle it out to claim the treasures of Erebor!
Come to one of our Magic: The Gathering | The Hobbit Prerelease Events!
Events will be taking place at the following times:
- Friday August 7th @ 6pm
- Saturday August 8th @ 1pm
- Saturday August 8th @ 6pm
- Sunday August 9th @ 1pm Two-Headed Giant
About Prerelease Events
- Check-in begins 60 minutes before the official event start time. If you have not checked in by 10 MINUTES before start time, you will be in danger of losing your reserved seat to a present player on the waiting list.
- Prerelease gives you the opportunity to play with the newest cards using the Sealed Deck format. Players each build a 40-card deck using play boosters contained in the Prerelease Pack plus basic land. We’ll have basic land available to borrow.
- After 50 minutes of deck building, players will be matched up to play a best-of-three-games match. All players will play in every round, win or lose. Players will receive one pack per match win as prize support. Each event is capped at 3 rounds.
- Purchase of this item indicates intent to play in the event. If you just want the prerelease kit, we usually have them available to buy directly via their own listing until we run out.
- In the interest of fairness to all players, your spot is NOT reserved until you have PAID.
