How the Request List Works
To make sure upcoming high-demand releases are distributed as fairly as possible, we collect customer requests in advance and review them before allocating product. Requests help us understand demand but do not guarantee availability. When inventory is limited, allocations are prioritized based on factors such as customer history with the store, participation in our community and events, reliability with past preorders, and the timing of the request. We also reserve some availability for newer customers so that everyone has an opportunity to participate. Customers selected for an allocation will be contacted with instructions to complete their order within a specified timeframe.
